Lost.. 100 post for the shiny event

The cave was dark, it made sense with the name; Dark Cave. "I think we're lost, Masorin" She said crossing her arms. "We've been in here for an hour..."

this thread started at 12 am site time, with that we have 24 hours to finish this thread.

"yeah I know were lost we wouldn't be if your pikachu knew flash." he spoke with a voice that was thick in sarcasim. what kind of cave was this could barly see five feet in front of his face. "why didn't we get flashlights again?"

Izzy snorted, "My pikachu doesn't need to know flash, Why not use your cyndaquil? The fire butt could be useful" She snapped yelping and swearing as she stubbed her foot on a rock. She hopped a bit repeating 'ow' over and over.

"Oh you are right why don't i do that." he said with a small voice of suprise he released the cyndaquil from its pokeball which then flared up using its fire the two trainers could see. "the problem is solved. but we still have no idea of where we are."

Izzy stopped herself just as she was about to hit a large boulder. Thank goodness the fire pokemon was using his flames. "Thank goodness your fire pokemon used his flames" she said happily now that she could see. "So what way..now?" she asked looking at the seven tunnels they could take.

Masorin blinked seven tunnles why were there seven? he sighed he had no idea of which path the two should take. "why don't we try and go which ever way smells the least offesive." he said remembering that the fresher the air was in a cave meant that it was closer to a way out. "also... is it just me or do you hear wings fluttering?"

Izzy counted the tunnels, one, two, three, four, five, six, and seven. Seven tunnels that could lead anywhere... or at least seven different paths. "I agree with you, can you tell which one smells better? It all smells like geodude ass" she said with a sigh. "And yeah i hear it...what could it be?"

"I do not know." he said as he took a few more steps only to have something swipe at his head. he fell back blinking as the small blue bat had attacked him. "Who is that pokemon?" he asked having no honest clue he had never seen it before.

Izzy stepped back as her friend fell down. "Are you okay?" she asked then looked at the flying bird thingy. Only it wasn't a bird thingy, it was not a bird thingy at all. "It looks like a Zubat" she said with a nod pulling out a pokeball, "I choose you Nibble" she said as her totodile popped out.

"Okay you fight that one and i will go over here where it is safer." he said as he moved away from the battle that was bound to get vicious. "wait why not use your electric type? wouldn't that be more effective?" he said back seat training her.

Izzy glared at Masorin, "Yeah i know, but nibble needs to train" she said with a growl. "Nibble use leer" she ordered, her voice echoing through the cave. The totodile leered.

"sure he needs to train, but then you should have used scratch." he said as he watched the fight from behined a rock. the zubat seemed scared and lowered its gaurd but went in for an attack bitting down on the pokemon as it used leech life. "see you should always take the first turn to attack."

Izzy snorted, "Nibble use Scratch" she ordered. with zubat being closer, Nibble would have an easier time hitting the flying pokemon. "With the thing flying it is hard for a pokemon who can not jump to hit it" she informed him, "so taking the time to lower the defense gives it more umph in the strike."

"Its not out of reach unless it uses fly and in this place i doubt it knows such a move." Masorin said refusing to give up his point. the zubat was struck by the scratch and then used leech life reganing much of its lost health. "It seems like you are caught in a loop this could take a while."

Izzy decided to ignore Masorin's comment. "Nibble use scratch again" she ordered. The Totodile attacked again aiming for the body, barely feeling the bite the flying creature gave him. note to self, push Masorin into some guano she thought with a smirk.

Masorin sighed and sat down deciding it would be best if he just stopped back seat training izzy. he was getting the idea that he needed to stop talking he reached into his bag and pulled out a deck of cards and began to play solitaire making sure cyndaquil stayed near by. the pokemon was scratched and once again used leech life it was starting to tier but it still had fight.

Izzy could see the zubat getting tired. "Nibble use scratch one more time" she ordered. Totodile do so. A sticky hand nudged Masorin's arm, the smell of honey now in the air. "Teddi?"

"oh?" Masorin said as he looked up from the game of solitaire to see a teddi bear. what was something like that doing in this cave? either way he did not like it. "Cyndaquil use tackle." he said as his cyndaquil charged the smaller pokemon.

The zubat was hit once more and fell to the ground it seemed not even its leech life would be able to keep it alive. it hit the ground with a heavy thud twitched once and then fell asleep.

Izzy returned her newly level 6 totodile and walked over and picked up zubat. She placed it on a rock and then turned to watch Masorin fight. The teddiursa sidestepped the cyndaquil and then went to scratch.

totodile now knows water gun.

"cyndaquil use tackle" Masorin said as he watched the teddy ursa scratch cyndaquil. the cyndaquil flared brighter and then charged down on the teddi ursa. the more this pokemon hurt cyndaquil the more pain it would be in becouse of cyndaquils rage.

Teddiursa tried to dodge, but it could not dodge. It was struck hard and fell back with a thud, "Teddi" it whined starting to cry loudly. Izzy could see this was Fake Tears, and wondered if Cyndaquil could too.

Masorin sighed was it really crying becouse of one tackle. "Cyndaquil use tackle." the cyndaquil shivered slightly dropping its special defenses but stayed strong and went in for another tackle against the cry baby teddi ursa. Masorin smiled as the fight seemed to go in his favor.

The teddiursa dodged and went to lick the fire pokemon. The lick would hurt and it could paralyze the fire pokemon, cyndaquil. "Oh no, this could be bad" Izzy said out loud watching the fight.

"oh no!" Masorin said as he watched the pokemon lick cyndaquil. cyndaquil took the damage and looked slightly weirded out but thankfully he was not paralized. "Tackle it Fluffy!" at his command the cyndaquil known as fluffy charged the pokemon again going for the strait forward tackle.

Teddiursa was about to scratch the fire pokemon, but it was hit. "teddi!" the teddy hit the ground and grunted. it then got up and ran away, but Cyndaquil was the winner and would get good experience for the fight. "Way to go fluffy" Izzy cheered.
