Motivation to Role-Play

The only motivation to role-play I have - Others are actively role-playing, I shouldn't stay behind and role-play too.

Right now I don't see anyone actively role-playing. Help?

Well, we are planning on moving some things to the Archives section. But some mods aren't helping so I have to do it by myself. Which means double the work for me. I would like to make you mod so that you can help me. Tell me if you are interested.
