There's a sudden sighting of Phanphies of level 5 in route 207 in Sinnoh! These are great Pokemon when levelled up so I recommend getting one now if you haven't got one yet! They are very nice to be around, as they will help comfort you and they also provide good company for when you're out in the field.

They're so cute! I have one now and it's been hugging me for the last ten minutes! I think it likes me in its own way.
