Personality: Altair is generally kind but can get competative when in battles pushing his pokemon to the best they can be.
Background: Altair had a late start into the world of pokemon he hopes to one day become a great trainer but also be able to collect many pokemon and open his own breeding ranch/ training facility much like the babysitter.
