He treats them as his equals, as they battle for him, he treats them with treats, respect and anything they want. Background:Cepeda comes from the region of Hoehn, and was raised in Dewford Town. He is a cousin of Brawly, who often helped him train his pokemon. Cepeda has always had an appeal to Fighting Type pokemon, due to his friendship with Brawly. He caught Riolu on the outskirts of Dewford Town, which is really rare due to Riolu originating from Sinnoh. | |
